Trading card Authentication, Grading and Encapsulating

no alterations to cards appearance can be made to meet any of the grades that F.G.C gives out.

FGC10


A FGC10 card is a virtually perfect card. Must have four sharp corners, great centering within 55/45 to 60/40 percent on the front and 75/25 percent on the back. intended colors without fading. Appearance is EVERYTHING on a FGC10 card.

FGC9

A FGC9 is a superb card with only 1 of the following minor flaws. slightly faded borders. a small wax stain on reverse side of card. a very minor printing imperfection. centering must be 60/40 to 65/35 on front and at least 85/15 on the reverse. The card must still be very astatically pleasing.

FGC8

A FGC8 card is a very high-end grade. The card may have one or more of the flaws of a FGC9 card but may also include very minor imperfections or fraying at one or two corners. centering must be 65/35 to 70/30 or better on the front. Centering must be at least 90/10 on the reverse.

FGC7

A FGC7 card has slight surface wear and may have slight damage on the corners. Card may be slightly off-center and may have minor wax damage on the back and or minor printing imperfection. Most of the original gloss is maintained.

FGC6

A FGC6 card may have light scratches or minor loss of gloss or surface wear. some minor bending of the corners or edges and may have a minor printing flaw. picture focus may be slightly off-center and some off the borders may have fading of the white or minor discoloration. Centering must still be 80/20 on the front and 90/10 on the back.

FGC5

A FGC5 card will have minor loss of original gloss evident, as well as rounding of corners. Light scratches will be more evident as well as discoloring of the white border. centering must be 85/15 on the front.

FGC4

A FGC4 card will have rounded corners. some original gloss may be retained. surface scratches are more prevalent, and borders are discoloring. Card may have heavier gum residue on the back. Centering must be 85/15 or better on front and 90/10 on back.

FGC3

A FGC3 card will have rounding of the corners, easily visible scratches or fading of front. loss of some gloss. edges may have noticeable wear and may have more noticeable printing defects. wax staining on back may be more prevalent. centering must be at least 90/10 front and back.

FGC2

A FGC2 card shows severe rounding and serfice wear is largely noticable. edges may be rouph or fraying and gloss is notibly gone or scratched. Centering may be largly off or factory cut not straight.Card may have minor creases. These cards will notmally only have sentimental value as condition overall is just not very good.

all other conditions

any cards in worse condition will be mailed back in original semi-rigid card holder.(as sent to us)
